Within the "Cycling Rural" project, in which the Tourist Organization of Herceg Novi is a partner, a flyer and a map of the Herceg Novi hinterland were made. These materials consist of trails suitable for mountaineering but also, cultural, natural and other attractions were marked along the main mount bike route "Salty and sweet'' and the side trails "Boka Bay View" and "Rocks and Trees". Mount bike route "Salty and sweet" starts under the walls of the Old Town, and extends to the Orjen pond, the largest water surface on the mountain Orjen. Since a large number of side routes (through the villages of Kameno and Lazareviće) offer an open view of the Bay, these trails are called "Boka Bay View". Also, the routes through Vrbanj, which lead to Vučji dol and Žukovica, are called "Rocks and Trees", considering that they partly pass through a wooded area and that several locations offer a view of the mountain Orjen massif.
