Njegoš street

The main city street, open to traffic and pedestrians, is parallel with the main city promenade.

The street is named after the famous bishop and poet, who spent part of his youth in Herceg Novi, studying in Topla with his teacher Josip Tropovic. Njegoševa street, traffic and pedestrian core of the city follows the road from Topla to Herceg Novi, cutting off shortcuts and stairs leading to the sea.

In Njegoseva Street, there are numerous city administrative centers and institutions such as the post office in Herceg Novi, the Municipality of Herceg Novi, houses where well-known writers and poets Ivo Andric lived, Stevan Raickovic, Park Hall, bars, boutiques, mobile operator's seats, etc.
